State officials other story. State makes propaganda to fill other people in our hub but this doesnt work. We have a strong regionalism in Black Sea. This is stronger than ethnic differences. When we are in diaspora (like Istanbul or Germany) ethnic differences dont play anymore, as Black Seaers we are together. We tend live in same neighborhoods and separate from people from other areas of Turkey.I am ethnic Turk but a Circassian or Laz become closer than a 'lost Turk' from Central or West Turkey. In that sense, even in diaspora, a Samsun Circassian become closer to me than a Muğla or Mersin Turk. Many aspects with culture and mentality (like approach to Kurdish initiative, welcoming refugees and other) start to make us distinct from rest of Turkey.

So, you should stop pretending to be a Turkish Nationalist. Seriously, you make a discrimination against Turks or Kurds in Turkey with your weird patriotic feelings. I am sure you'd fall apart a crisis without the government of Ankara.

We are proud Turk and this is problem as we see other Turks not enough level. We have traditional provincialism also among Black Seaers, and outside region it's pro Black Sea. but let's speak clearly other Turkish regions dont have our level. You see they are okay with Kurdish initiative and other. We are only opposing people. Also culturally we turn distinct. Fellow Turks from Muğla or Konya or Adana different. Practical situation show this as in diaspora regardles of ethnic origins we stick together. Samsun to Rize is most nationalist in Turkey. It's literal close to outsiders.Vote makes no sense, CHP win Giresun, you think voters are socialists? No, they are like 'White Turks' of Izmir, secular like them and very chauvinistic. Maybe you missed some history classes but nearly 1/3 of Greece it's population is from Anatolia and at least 25% of Turkey it's population is from the Balkans. These peoples were living with each other not that long ago. I am surprised at how ignorant someone can be to think that because Greece is Europe, there can not be any cultural similarities. Or most modern people identifying as Pontian in origin have mixed with other Greeks. Pure Pontians likely looked similar to other people of the Caucasus rather than to other Greeks.

Much closer to Turks Turks are genetically close to other West Asian populations. If anything Thracians were probably close to modern Albanians and mainland Greeks. It's because Romanians and Bulgarians have received additional northern admixture from Middle Age migrations.
