Serbia has dog shelters, here is forbidden to kill dogs with guns on streets for 20 years already. Biggest problem is why dogs are not sterilized to stop reproducing, but that is another story.

I don't know one Serb in my life who doesn't celebrate New year on 31 December, again you're trolling. Yes Serbs celebrate it on 31 December and 13 January.
