dude your questions start to become annoying no offence. open one big ass thread with all your questions or even better just read through some sites online . many people here on TA have no fucking clue . I am not an anthropologist or very knowledged either but at least (unlike the bro above me ) I know that Iranid is not like Dinarid but a Mediterranoid type (even though I can see why he said that since Iranids can have dinaroid tendencies)
I will also answer your other question/thread about cappadocian med. cappadocian med is a mediterranid type mostly native to turkey and surrounding areas .it is "even more" similar to Atlanto Med than Iranid is but it is a native anatolian "form" of it if you will . I often call it east med too since it is a med type from the eastern mediterranean region (pretty clever right ?) ... you will see many cappadocian meds yourself if you really live in turkey because that is where it is most common. just go outside right now and take a walk and you will see a good amount probably . and yes it is also common in eeeeeast turkey too . one of the most common types in my province

Nordic and Mediterranean. For face Dinaric too.
1) Alpine,Dinaric,Mediterranean,Baltic and Nordic should be enough to identify most Europeans.
2) These are not races, just examples of possible variants. Have fun with them but don’t take it seriously.
3) No one is a Steppe Warrior or a Hunter Gatherer. Stop Frowning in your selfies to look badass, looks like you are taking a s*it.

Pontids are mainly in Eastern Europe and Eastern Balkans

It overlaps with West Asia though. Pontid is also common in northwestern Iran/Azerbaijan.
But yes it is europid overall.

There is such a theory that the Pontids originated in North part of West Asia.
