The docufiction feature Dream 1991 takes us into the vortex of Slovene history, into a series of events that shaped the creation of an independent and sovereign Republic of Slovenia.

Each individual carries memories of different periods of their life. Many of us also carry the memory of the earliest period in the life of the Slovene state — its birth. We sought out these stories, made up of vivid memories, and combined them into an engaging cinematic narrative.
