This burned in fat bread is anything but khachapuri.
Khachapuri has 3 types:
Classic khachapuri "imeruli"- thin bread and lot of cheese inside. Khachapuri is never cooked in fat, it is baked, that is essential.

Khachapuri "megrulli"- it is as imeretian, but topped with extra sulguni cheese, which is very similar to Italian mozzarella.

And khachapuri "adjaruli". It has a form of boat, and topped with egg and butter.

This map was based on votes from their website, it’s been proven people used bots to influence the votes and put their cuisine higher.
If you look at the countries listed, some of them are known to have bad cuisine but they’re nationalists so they vote their country up.
How is Turkey 6th when their best food is Syrian, Mexico 7th and USA 8th? The 3 of them are nationalists who used their high population number to boost their scores.
In what world is Algeria 34th while Morocco got 84th place out of 85. It’s obvious the bots boosted theirs and tanked Morocco
Same for Indians ranked 4th tanking Pakistan making them 47th because they have higher population or Indonesia being #16 when I never heard of an Indonesian dish
Kebab which is just shawarma with a different name
Shawarma is of Central Asian origin, the word "Shawarma" comes from the Turkish word "Çevirme" which means turning and has Turkic etymology. The predecessor of Döner, Çevirme, Gyros was prepared by the Tatars/Turks of Anatolia in 14th century. 402 years is enough for them to be influenced by our cuisine.
