I gave you thumbs up just now. What was your vegetarian burger made of? Are those French fries (potatoes)? What kind of sauce is that?

I had a vanilla Atkins protein-rich shake. Only one gram of sugar.
It is vegetarian "chicken" but to be honest it tastes like nothing. So I fried them with lots of olive oil and shoarma spices. The buns I cut in half and heated in oven. For the sauce I mixed mayonnaise with milk, ginger powder, onion powder and fresh garlic. I ate like a king;)
In my experience, plant-based meats are really hit or miss in terms of taste.
Some are quite awful while some are really, really good.
What is it like in Turkey, do grocery stores there have a decent amount plant-based foods to choose from, or is it hard to find?
Here, there seems to be more and more as time goes by, thankfully.
Some years ago there was barely anything, now most grocery stores here have a separate section dedicated to this stuff, with plenty to choose from.
