I don't think so. It must be because of a a less sunny and more cloudy weather compared to England. And if its true that they are paler than English, it must be by a very marginal difference.

Indeed, most of them (except the first one, who looks too much Arabid) could reaonably pass as mixed Venezuelans from that intermediate segment of the Venezuelan population that I talk about.

I still insist that lots of Venezuelans (mestizos, harnizos and mestizo leaning triracials) who are in an intermediate position between the heavily SSA admixed ones and the very Euro-leaning ones...
