Flemish are too germanic looking compared to most brits. Belgian wallons would be a close call with NW french, but I still would give the edge to the later.

I agree with you on placing France over Belgium but the difference between walloons and flemish isn't as dramatic as you think. They are virtually the same people.

I'd say the following, and I may be wrong and I put them in vague order of frequency:

North France
Belgium
Netherlands
Germany
Denmark
Norway
Sweden
Iceland
Switzerland
Spain
North Italy
Portugal

Iberia and Italy shouldn't be on that list. They're way too dark. Irish and British are the palest-complexioned people in the world!

France and Belgium as a whole have more brown hair than the United Kingdom and Ireland. They also have less blue eyes, less red hair, less freckles, less pallid complexions. I don't even know why Spain, Portugal and Italy are included in this.
To refresh people's memory, the Atlantid anthropological type ("Atlanto-Mediterranid + Nordid" mix) is most common in France not Britain!! However could be found all over Western Europe including Germany and the Netherlands as individuals. It is a dark-haired and dark-eyed type. Do not confuse it with the North-Atlantid which is a predominantly Nordid type (Keltic Nordid + Atlantid), with a mostly Nordid complexion (fair skin & light eyes) combined with dark hair. The North-Atlantid type is most common in the British Islands, but doesn't dominate. It could be found in other parts of Northern Europe too. Morphologically, there is no difference between the North-Atlantid and the Nordid with the exception of darker hair colouring anyway.

The Netherlands, Northern and Western Germany, Northern Belgium, Scandinavia (especially Denmark, Norway, Iceland) and North-Western France. Other areas of Europe come secondary to the countries I've named.
