Why do white girls like to look woggy?

It seems like a lot of white girls today like to make themselves look woggy with Kim Kardashian style makeup. I don't understand why they want to look woggy. I actually try to avoid looking woggy, but I can easily look woggy if I don't do my eye makeup correctly.

Its usually just famous people and celebrities. I don't see normal girls who aren't famous trying be like Kyle Jenner and Ariana Grande. Getting surgeries,lip,face injections,etc. Some white girls like to tan but I don't think they're trying to make themselves look more ethnic. Even with a tan most white girls don't look ethnic. They just look tan to me.

In the op you said you seen a lot of white girls doing that. Now you said you have only seen a few.

I live in a medium sized town and I don't see any women trying to look like them. Even on social media I don't see any. From time to time on the internet I see white women who look like they might have got lip injections but that's it. They still don't look ethnic in my opinion.

I know a girl who tans simply because she dyes her hair black and says she would look too washed out if she did not.


I think both pale skin and tan skin can look good.
