If you mean antiquity than it's the Celts, because they were initially very widespread across Europe and were more advanced and better known than Slavs at that time. I mean Iron age and classical antiquity. The Gallic Senones of the 4th century even defeated the Romans and sacked Rome under their leader Brennus.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_the_Allia Slavs were not even knowned at all during this time.
But if you mean medieval and modern times, than it's the Slavs because of the many kingdoms and empires they built across Europe, especially Russian Empire and Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. During this whole period the remnant of Celts in the fringes of the British Isles and Brittany declined in power and prestige and even their languages have lost most of their native speakers close to our own times.

I have at least 25% of both in me (if ancient Britons count as Celts); so the answer is... yesno.

Pecenegs were very smarts peoples. And Germans are good too.
Do what you should.

Well, unfortunately their power declined heavily and Slavs assimilated the pannonian celts. That’s why Celtic is not spoken anywhere in the world besides the British island and even there it’s only the secondary language in most cases.
But I find Celts quite hot want to find a Celt (Insular or Continental doesn’t matter) and make him my husband.
