Mantzoukas as I said is a normal Greek mediterranean (albeit, of medieval slavic paternal lineage most likely, given his surname). His specific ancestry is half Northern Greek and half Peloponnesian.

He can pass, but he doesnt look fully southasian to me, neither are gypsies fully southasian. his grin, his nose, his features resemble more "semitics" his skin color is quite dark, so people could think "southasian" he can pass as gypsy though. I think some or many gypsies are even darker skinned, then him, i think he is at most light brown or brunette white not really deep proper brown.

Do you think my uncle is darker then him? also shorter and more "dravidian" looking. but there are lots of different types of gypsies and many different types of shades, even if most are brown but not all are "equally" brown some are a bit lighter then others.... not counting the ones who can pass as non-gypsies or where its not visible at all who exist too, but i can see how people can mistake many different but somewhat similar things for eatch other

If he is not fully greek he doesnt need to be a "gypsy" either. Its tiresome, that everyone who is off somehow is a "gypsy" he could have black ancestry as well for example. He doesnt look black, but he could be swarthy because he is a little bit because he has one nigger gene. Like sicilians maybe greeks have one nigger gene which makes a few of them occassionally very dark, curly haired and droopy eyes.
