Noise or Indian ancestor?

I recently took an AncestryDNA and 23&Me test. My results on both were 100% European with regions confined to the Balkans and Eastern Europe. I had no Roma or non-European ethnic groups. I uploaded my ancestry test to IllustrativeDNA, and my Middle Ages for the Balkans group is appearing as such:

39.6% Slavic
37.8 % Balkan
22.2 % Byzantine Anatolia
0.4% Indian Subcontinent

Is the Indian subcontinent result noise level, or legitimate Indian ancestry? The Roma migration was fairly recent, so I don’t see how both major DNA testing companies missed any south Asian, west Asian, or Roma DNA.

You should not use Balkan model and Anatolia in same time because Balkan already have east med admixture
It is probably just noise. What do you get on normal modern g25?

Do you mean the customizable modern calculator on illustrative, or the closest modern populations?

Yeah that’s interesting. I know on gedmatch K13 a lot of Slavs get south Asian. Also, on my K36 I had no South Asian, and on my HG ancestry I don’t have any AASI

Should I reduce pop or fiddle with distance or anything like that? When I don’t, I get a list of a lot of different ethnicities
