Yeah, Matrix borrowed a lot, but for whatever reason I never liked Matrix so much (unpopular opinion), especially the sequels.

I enjoyed the first Matrix. It seemed to borrow a bit from other movies. I just didn't think it was as "clever" as others did.
I saw the first sequel. I never bothered with the third one or the more recent one.
