I took the test and got:
And I'm single.Humanmetrics Jung Typology Test™
Your Type
INTJ
Introvert(67%) iNtuitive(12%) iNtuitive Thinking(25%) Judging(22%)
You have distinctive preference of Introversion over Extraversion (67%)
You have slight preference of Intuition over Sensing (12%)
You have moderate preference of Thinking over Feeling (25%)
You have slight preference of Judging over Perceiving (22%)
Although two well-developed individuals of any type can enjoy a healthy relationship, the INTJ's natural partner is the ENFP, or the ENTP. INTJ's dominant function of Introverted Intuition is best matched with a partner whose personality is dominated by Extraverted Intuition.

INTJ and single. I attract wild types for whatever reason. I want something stable/true/nice but it's rough. I guess I should stop caring. Being INTJ doesn't really do me any favors.

You can see the reason here. INTJs make almost 1/3 of TA population. Overall rational thinkers (NT types) make over 50% of this forum.

I highly doubt it. Most of the tests on the Internet are basically worthless, and they do not even test what MBTI - or Jungian typology, for a better but less widely known term for it - is all about.
The 4 letter dichotomy is very easy to understand, which is also exactly why it is wrong to believe that they give a comprehensive understanding of Jung's theories on psychological types. The fundamental framework is the function system. I recomend everyone to read on the functions and not on the letters if they want to fully understand.
Due to a lack of true understanding, people get the wrong idea of their type. In fact, the chance your result will change after the first test is quite large. Is that because of the inherent flaws in Jung's theories themselves or is it because of the wrong emphasis of tests, which test letters, not functions? I could not say. However. As it currently is, the functions, not the watered down Jungian typology of MBTI letters, should be tested for. If the problem still stays the same, then perhaps Jung's theories are simply inherently flawed.
Furthermore, I think people tend to guide their results as to fit with their wishes. Sort of a way for people to fool themselves by both unconsciously and consciously answering in a way that will get them the results they would be content with. People love lies if they make them feel good. For instance, being introverted, intuitive and thinking is generally seen as synonymous with intelligence. It is in fact so according to studies. It is important that the MBTI be reliable for many reasons. As Tieger and Barron-Tieger note in their article, "The
Type to which you are born will be the one you take to your grave." In other words, once an INTJ, always an INTJ.
Therefore, we would expect the reliability of the MBTI to be extremely high and that people's type will not change.
The primary method for testing reliability is to give the test to a person on two occasions. This procedure is known
as “test-retest reliability." Typically, the test-retest interval can range from several weeks to more than a year.
Because type is said to be a constant characteristic, we would expect that people's personality would not change over
time. Several studies, however, show that even when the test-retest interval is short (e.g., 5 weeks), as many as 50
percent of the people will be classified into a different type.7
SOURCE
I do however take the possibility of certain types being drawn to this forum into account. Albeit this deals with this topic in a big picture rather than only here.
Somewhat relevant fact, since a poll on this forum could hardly imply anything meaningful: INTPs are for some reason the type most likely to get married (and divorced), while INTJs are the least likely to get married.
