Lol I've seen girls that are way less white looking than her still be considered white without a question. She doesn't look anglo, but most people would say she's white.

I've Seen and Meet a lot of Turks who are Pale Skin. Yes Turks are White in Scientifically and Anthropologically. but the Kipchak Ones (Kazakhs and Kyrgyz) aren't White.
