http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wolbachia ← Apparently, there is a bacteria that infects various 'bugs': arthropods (insects, spiders, etc.), isopods (shrimps?), nematodes (microscopic worms), etc. What that bacteria does to these bugs is interesting: it kills off the males it infects or tries to transform them into female bugs... For the female bugs it infects, this bacteria allows them to reproduce through 'parthenogenesis': that means the female gets pregnant by itself without the action of male semen. However, that mode of autonomous reproduction will only produce other females, never any male.
Let's hope transgender activists won't try to transform it into a bacteria capable of infecting humans... Yish, a bacteria capable of turning the Y-chromosome of every cell of your body into an X-chromosome...

It's far from rape, but you could argue that keeping this information undisclosed may warrant a civil lawsuit, mostly because it seriously hampers with the partner's ability to have children with "his wife", which he may have wished to do. I think reasonable adults are able to come to a conclusion on their own though and don't need the state holding their hands for every little booboo - right?
While it is deceitful, the harm done is negligible and hardly comparable to the intense mental or physical trauma sustained during a (sexual) assault. I don't see how anyone could earnestly call this rape, much like "stare rape" or "switch rape".
I think that would be incredibly awesome just from a "fuck yeah science!" angle.

Doesn't this fall under 'rape by deception' laws some countries have?

Transsexualism should be against the law.
