I'll use this thread to collect a list of Finnic medias and resources. I was thinking of focusing on Finnic languages that do not enjoy independent statehood, i.e. all but Estonian and Finnish, since it should be easy enough to find online publications in those languages. I'll keep updating as I go along.
Karelian
Karjalan Sanomat - biweekly Karelian paper (in Finnish).
Oma mua - (Olonets-) Karelian weekly paper with socio-political focus.
Vienan Karjala (White Sea-) Karelian weekly paper.
Karjalan Kielen Seura - Society of Karelian Language, most of the content is in Finnish. They also host a Karelian language web radio, the only one of its kind apparently. Karelian has minority language status in Finland and it has its own university department since 2009.
Vepsian
Kodima - A monthly paper in Vepsian and Russian.
Võro / Seto
Uma Leht - Online publication in the Võro language/dialect.
Ajaleht Setomaa - Online newspaper in Seto dialect/language.
Tornedalian
MET aviisi - A publication in Tornedalian Finnish, basically a dialect of Finnish with official status in Sweden.
Livonian
Livones - a magazine focusing on Livonian themes. Articles available in English, Latvian and of course Livonian.
Ingrian
Inkeriläisten Viesti - an Ingrian newspaper, edited by Inkeri-Liitto (Ingria Association).
Inkeri-lehti - A monthly publication of the Ingrian Finns of Estonia association. It does not seem to be available online.
Inkerin Kirkko - Church of Ingria.
Kvens / Finns of Ruija
Ruijan Kaiku - A publication for Finns and Kvens in Norway. It still seems to be under construction. Wikipedia claimed it would be available in Finnish, Kvenish and Norwegian, but so far only Norwegian seems available.
Misc.
ELO - The magazine of the Tuglas-society, a Finnish-Estonian organisation promoting co-operation and cultural contact over the gulf. In Finnish.
