If you're ever in the Ifugao province in Luzon, spend a bit of time in Batad. Here's a few shots of the scenery and people.

Possibly the oldest and some of the most beautiful Rice Terraces in the world are in the Philippine Cordilleras, they are known as Iffugao Rice Terraces or Banaue Rice Terraces. This UNESCO World Heritage Site includes 5 clusters of terraces, Batad being the most famous.
