How many times do you eat during the day?

3 meals and snacks throughout the day.

During weekdays, because of my job, I eat a full meal once per day, and eat some snacks in the afternoon.

I don't like eating too many times (5 is too many for me) because it's much easier to plan my day if I only eat 2-3 times, however on the days I train I must eat more often. I easily eat 5 times on a training weekend day.

what type of training do you do ?

Probably 5-6 times a day, a combo of small meals/snacks (including a protein shake).

I also drink 2 cups of black coffee a day.

I like to eat frequently, but I never eat very much at any one time - rarely do I feel full.

1-2 small meals and some snacks. i don't really burn any calories throughout the day so i can get away with eating a small amount of food.

I don't eat breakfast, since I don't wake up early and I never had the habit of eating it.

Honestly... I eat literally once a day atm + snacks. But I'm cutting rn and kinda fasting sometimes. Like today, I didn't eat anything besides a small snack when I woke up, and just now ate a bigger meal and that's done.

I'm on college campus and I'm eating from the dining halls so no Portuguese food (unfortunately).
