my only addition would be:
my lower pectorals do not over-hang.
vince always advocated decline presses
to bring out the under-line on the chest.
when ever trainees in his gym
were not flexing their pectorals,
they sagged down on to their ribs.
while vince was unusually knowledge-able
regarding anatomy and kinesiology,
that sagging did not strike me as æsthetic,
which influenced my selection of incline presses
to build my upper pectoral-mass.
my upper chest stretches thickly
from shoulder to shoulder
and relaxes in to their tensed position
for a pleasingly æsthetic appearance.
