Maybe. There's a peruvian who seems to be obsessed with portuguese people though, and he is the one who bumped this thread.

I don't think these topics wouldn't be very discussed if it wasn't for latin american users.

I think the answer is relatively simple.

The Portuguese have more haplogroup T (African) and haplogroup J1 (Semitic), and E-M123 (Phoenicians) than any other country in Europe, as long as we talk about taking into account all 3 parameters at the same time.
