I am addicted to any kind of breaded chicken. For some reason idk beef/pork/fatty meat dont play well and makes me sick but recently I was reading something about blood type diet and according that A blood type people have some tendencies for not having good times eating meats, except for chicken and turkey.

Industry chicken is one of the worst food, grown in awful conditions, feeded with shit and artifically matured in some 40+ days.

Sure, but we dont have much options around, as an ectomorph I need to have basically a chicken/egg/milk based diet to have some muscle gain and checking all kind of meats chicken is the only available one that tastes better.
