Classify this Egyptian Jewish guy and where can he pass?

He is half Egyptian Jewish and half French Jewish, I am not sure if his French side is Ashkenazi or Sephardi, But I think his French ancestors are North African Jewish originally. Btw I don't think he is legitimately an ethnic French at all.
