Cetina was Serbian village until 1995. Even today Serbs are majority there, but their number is much smaller. Lakes are Milaševo jezero (Milaš lake) or Veliko vrilo, Vukovića jezero (Vuković lake) or Vukovića vrilo and Batića jezero (Batić lake) or Batića vrilo. They are named by Serbian family Milaš, Vuković and Batica who lived for centuries near them. Milaš lake (Veliko vrilo) is most attractive, according to some it is one of the most beautiful places in Dalmatia. Water in the lakes is quite cold even during the warm summer days. Actually there is no much difference in temperature of water in the winter and summer.
