Which country/region of Europe interests you the least/most?

Most would be Catalonia, Ireland, Andorra, Monaco, Romania, Poland, Belarus. The least would be pretty much the well known countries of Great Britain, Norway, Sweden, Finland, France, Spain, Russia etc etc. every country whether we know it or not still has something interesting about it.

It seems a little strange to me, Catalan language and customs only have fans among Catalans themselves. If you had been interested in the Basque language, or the Galician customs that could stand out more from the rest...

It's hard to say what does one think of when talking about being interested in a particular region/country as one could be very interested in something but not want to visit it. For example I find Russia very interesting because of its corruption, mafia-type government which makes it look exactly how it's portrayed in movies; internal instability and wars etc. but these same things make me want not to visit it.
Same with Africa for example as there's so much to learn and discover about it, but many of those things (natural disasters, diseases, dangerous animals, wars etc.) make me want to avoid it.

Most overall: Central Europe (unsurprisingly)
Most touristically: Southern Europe
Richest: Atlantic Europe
Mostly because of how big it is: Eastern Europe
Mostly because of nature: Scandinavia (because their old architecture is mostly composed of brightly colored wooden houses)

Most overall: Europe
Most similar to Europe: North America
Most touristically: Asia
Mostly because of nature: Africa

Still interesting but would not want to visit: Antarctica (too cold), Australia (deserts, media censorship/surveilance, hostile fauna - venomous animals, crocodiles, sharks etc.) and Latin America (high crime level and same problems like in other tropical areas)

for me Spain is the European country that interests me the most. I just love with the culture, food. The Spanish people are so warm and welcoming too.

For the European country that interests me the least, I'd have to say Germany. No disrespect to Germans at all, it just doesn't have the same appeal as some other places for me personally. The people can also seem a bit serious.

There are lots of places in Russia to visit, not just Moscow. But yes, I consider Moscow to be a great tourist destination, but living there for me is exhausting. It's comfortable as city, but way too big.

They are already a bit above what I prefer, with those populations they're probably highly multicultural already and not Welsh enough for me.
