You will have to remove all your Polish buildings when you once give back Eastern Germany or it will be done at your expense. Like when you give back a flat. So maybe spare your deconstruction capacities for that task. Whatever more German building you destroy, it will be rebuilt also at your expense. Maintainance works on German buildings will be noted, of course.

We rebuilt all of the damaged buildings. Unlike what the Russians did in Konigsberg, where they demolished the whole historic city center.

You partially repaired them but you didn't rebuild Breslau from scratch. But this is what you wrongly stated.
