On north Europe G25 PCA Dutch overlap with English in 90%. We need more samples but surprisingly even NW Germans don't overlap the Dutch like English do. They barely touch each other. We have one NW German here, user Oda, and she scores minor Slavic than is lacking in the Dutch.
I don't think all NW Germans have Slavic but it seems surprisingly common for some reason.
Distance of 3 isn't that close btw.

I would imagine as there isn't a sea between the Netherlands and Germany it would always be Germany. SE England is different from western England though. Bavaria maybe different potentially too?

Eh..... between these categories, the answer is neither. The Flemish would be the correct answer if there were one.
