I am nothing "trying to say", but I am saying. No need for passive aggression. Some of them will return when this war will be finished, but many of them will feel unsafe anyway, because their political opinions or sexual orientation or fear of new wars and mobilizations etc.

Yesterday on the local pijaca i saw 3 Russian speakers, one guy and two females. They are in 20s. They were buying cheese from one woman from western Serbia.
2-3 weeks ago near pijaca i saw man about 50 years old who spoke with some old Serbian woman. His Serbian was brocken and with strong Russian accent. I heard he said that he work as a waiter.
Group of yong people were for sure Russians from Russia. Man who work as waiter could be Ukrainian.
