That's not what I said. Do the math: you're 79% European + 21% non-European (out of which not all is Indian). It basically means that one of your "grandparent" has attributed you 4% European and 21% non-European genetics. Scale that up (mulitply by 4) and you'll see that's about 16% European genetics that he/she had. That's probably something like some Oriental country. Of course, I did not took possibility that both grandparents on your mom side share smaller non-European genes, or that you picked more European genes from them. I guess for that you would need her to do DNA test and then extract the result she inherited from her parents.
