The Yamnayas created shit, bimbo.
And yes, you'll listen to peoples which your nation subjugated, and who quite literally, because of that subjugation, despise you. The average Estonian, Lithuanian and Latvian hate you and won't listen to you. To the point of you complaining of "muh Russophobia, блять".
As for my ethnic group... It's literally revered because of Orthodoxy, and millions of your compatriots have visited it and still do visit it. Bypassing the sanctions in fact.

Spain and slavs have similar cultures (right wing conservative = white european). It's normal for similar people to disagree. Competition is strong when level of differentiation is low.

I live on the Mediterranean sea and my ancestral places are there (I'm an islander which is ultra - Med). Culturally southern Europeans are their own thing. I don't feel close to non Euro Meds at all because they are muslims. If they remained Christian they would probably be much closer to southern Europeans.
Northern Europeans culturally have very little to do with southern Euros, but they are at least white and Christian, so they will be closer than MENAs.

Maybe be this story gives you an answer.
A Spaniard adventurer who travels around the world by bike was imprisoned in Iran, accused of espionage. He was in one of the worst prisons in Iran for 2 years. All the prisoners there were Iranian and only two were foreigners, himself and a Danish.
He made Iranian friends but he tells that his best friend, almost his brother, was the Danish man.
In a remote part of the world surrounded by "strange cultures", the strong friendship was between a southern European with a northern European.
Why? Perhaps a common base culture? ancient Christian values? North vs South Europe not as different at the end of the day as we usually think? some kind of ancestral, biological or unconscious connection/racism?
It is not the only story of this style of friendship that I have heard about Europeans in complicated situations in other parts of the world.
I know that in this case Iran is not literally in the Mediterranean but its culture is very similar to the culture of the Mediterranean Middle East...and Mediterranean Europe vs Mediterraneans from North Africa/Middle East are like two different planets.
