Hmm, their IQ is 85 which is neither smart or retarded - average. I believe that the IQ levels that are below 70 are considered as mentally retarded.

Most "aborigines" are in fact mixed, a big chunk is 1/4, 1/8 aborigines or so.

I don’t understand why you’ve perceived Australians and New Zealanders as different in culture.

The difference with Māoris is that they make up 17% of their population and when you include other Polynesians in New Zealand, they’re around 25%. Being a bigger population they’re of course more influential and a bigger part of New Zealand’s national identity.

Aboriginals make up only 2% of Australia, they’re such a small demographic… we literally have more Italians and Chinese in Australia.
