Some of your ancestors were 100% steppe people.
Even if later they left the steppe and were no longer steppe people.
Even if later they mixed with other populations.
------------------
When people had just appeared. And when they started to migrate. And when they first arrived in the Steppe. (But then they left).
But when they were there, they were 100% Steppe people.
------------
If they were not 100% steppe people once, they would automatically have 0% steppe ancestors today.

To understand the Iberian influence in France you must:
1) Understand that today we are approximately 8,000,000,000 people, but in the past there were not so many. If we go back in time, there were only 1,000,000 people on earth. And if we go back even further, there were only 10,000 people on earth. The 8,000,000,000 people should be descended from the 10,000 people of the past. At least that's what we understand from science, religion and our logic.
Now you must understand that:
2) There is still no man in Europe. If what is written above is true. Therefore, the Iberians are descendants of the first tribes that left the Middle East and migrated to Europe.
3) Before the Iberians arrived in Iberia, they passed through the old territory of France. But they did not stop in the old territory of France, but continued their way to the south. They arrived in Iberia.
This is where the first contacts begin between the populations that lived in the old territories of France and today's Iberia.
4) Not all the people from the North of Iberia had descended to the South of Iberia, when the influences between the North of Iberia and France began:
4a) linguistic influences
4b) cultural influences
4c) genetic influences
4d) other types of influences
Living next to each other, the ancestors of the Iberians and the French influenced each other.
Influences could be peaceful or wartime.
During the war, they invaded each other and crossed into the neighboring territory.
- they fought, killed, raped, robbed, heard each other's language, saw each other's clothes, saw what others had in their country and became influential.
But there is also peace: alliances, negotiations, sales, purchases, exchanges, migrations, secret loves.
5) Time passes, thousands of years have passed since the first people who existed on earth until 2024. In which there was a continuous influence (which will continue for thousands of years) between the two peoples. A permanent influence.
5a) Direct influences: between the Northern Iberians and the Southern French.
5b) Indirect influences: the Northern Iberians were influenced by the Southern Iberians. And then when they met with the Southern French, they transmitted the influence of the Southern Iberians indirectly, which reached the French from the North.
And also, the Northern French indirectly influenced the Southern Iberians.
6) It is logical that the strongest Iberian influences will be found in southern Iberia.
7) The influences continue, unceasingly.
- linguistic
- genetic
- cultural
- and other types of influences.
From the creation of man until today, and it will be in the future.
