    No, they're not. They are some of the most overrated peoples and cultures, after blacks of course. Especially if you mean Northern American Indians(US and Canada non-Eskimo aborigines) who did not even have a civilization of their own. Only (some) North Americans and a few other fools here and there think they are special and interesting.
