People in first pic are from Dukagjin region(Metohija) in Kosovo, in second pic from skenderaj - istog region and last pic from prishtina

A lot of them look to be in the Dinarid range or Pontid/North Pontid range with a few Norids.

Nobody knows when those penis hats started but it's probably medieval. Baldrick in Blackadder season 1 wears this type of hat.

Amazing how similar Albanians from Kosovo are with Romanians. There is not a single face that would be out of place here. It's clear that these people must be very closely related...

Kosovo Albanians look very Pontid/Dinarid/Norid mixes that seems more usual for them.

They could also fit into Eastern Europe, Central and even Western Europe.
