Well, most of the girls I've pulled were co-workers or fellow students in some course. Try to find a class where most attendees are women, like languages, psychology, nursery something like that: it's like fishing with dynamite.

Funny, the last thing I would recommend to someone would be to have relationships with people at work.

First you need to find a woman, or a crush, then you can ask her out and try to bond a relationship. I dont know if you have someone you like? If you dont, try to participate in some activities where you can meet people. I dont know but any hobby would do where there are more people involved. And if you meet someone be yourself, be gentle and yourself and be honest. That is the best way.

Excluding dating apps is a good start, I commend you for opting for the old-school approach. As some have already said, you'll have to try to expand your social horizons, as women aren't going to fall from the sky on your doorstep.

Some of your friends must have girlfriends. Ask them do they have some pretty friend for you
I guess you can write to some girl on instagram, you have nothing to lose.
You are making it difficult for yourself by not going out. You can't get girl siting in your house whole day.

Definitely try at concerts, festivals or bars. Otherwise, like mentioned here before, just be yourself, there's definitely a market there for guys like you.

I agree with Judo. Due to nature of Judo, youll find a lot of women there and it will be easier to choose somebody particular. You can also look for similar women-rich activities near you, because 1-You can find a variety of women in such places 2-You automatically have something in common with a woman from that place, so its easier to establish a connection.

You have to go out one way or another. A group of friends will make things easier. Bonus if there are some chicks in that group, women love to play cupid for you. It can get annoying but usually works by doing nothing, if you don't feel like doing it yourself for now.
