If I can't be handsome, I feel I don't want to live anymore

Well, most people are average. Meaning, handsome/beautiful to some and not to others.

You should just accept that, instead of spending your entire life bitter about not having more.

Look on the bright side. You are not physically deformed, you are not a burn victim, you are not a 600 lb life patient.

You look the way a lot of ordinary, happily married men do in their 40's. The difference is that those men are not severely autistic.

I learned this in college. Some girls (from 1 to 10 on the looks scale that women hate) would literally throw themselves at me, and some girls (from grotesque to gorgeous) wouldn't give me the time of day if I bought them a Rolex watch.

Could I be high end average? As in attractive? Not even borderline handsome??? I look younger than 40s.

I really don't believe you're unattractive. Average, maybe.
It's hard to say given you are overweight which likely obscures your features to a considerable degree.

It's good to remember that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and even "conventionally" attractive people are considered ugly to someone. Nobody is immune to this.

Meade, there is more to handsome/attractive than physical features...it's also expression, how you carry yourself, confidence. A confident, friendly man can be lumpy and asymmetrical and be considered attractive and have women chasing him. And a guy can have features like a Greek statue but be boring or anxious and get nowhere with women. It mystifies me how you refuse to accept this.
