Well, that isnt a femcel, because they still get sex- if they lower their standards and change the places to find a guy (instead of bars/discos in a dance curse or some shit like this) they ll find a guy who wants to commit. But it obv. means there is some effort involved to find a long term partner for some less attractive women.
For the majority of men even hooking up takes a lot of effort.

You say that but in reality most men, even incels, are interested in sex rather than the person. Men who show geniune romantic interest are hard to find, unless the woman is a stacy (lol). This is why incels easily say they don't care how a woman looks, because in reality they just have sex in mind, there is no guarantee they won't dump the girl afterwards.
Finding a guy to sleep with is never a woman's concern.
I know women who tried their luck with incels and failed.

Post-wall, maybe. But otherwise, not really. Every person who has ever deemed themselves a "femcel" who I have met is either voluntarily celibate (not a femcel) or not celibate (not a femcel) so I have no choice but to assume femcels do not exist
