K36 is easily the best for North-Western Europeans, but for other things it can be quite messy.

Oracle is always more accurate than PCA plot. When you project 36 coordinates onto a 2d coordinate system there is an inevitable loss of data. But PCA plot allows you to see the whole picture at once, which is good sometimes, even if less accurate.

Even in oracle it is weird. No way Moldovan is closer to Bulgarian than to Serbian average.
