Cephalic index is influenced both by genetics and environment.

If we were going by that, it would be a defining feature of all Eurasians to have higher cephalic index compared to other groups such as MENA, south Asians, SSA and Oceanians, besides strangely the extreme south&north Europe, who have high a cephalic index.
