Funny how you assume there are not Spaniards as light as that. Of course there are, without implying they are majority, but they exist, and are a decent percentage of the ethnic Spanish population. And guess from where do those Jaliciences descend from? From Spaniards
And he we go again with Penelope Cruz (who is part gypsy) like if she is the only Spanish woman that exists.
Banderas is not very swarthy but is still within the darker spectrum of Spanish looks, and yet, he can produce a daughter like Stella Banderas
So NO! the Spanish average is somebody like Iker Casillas, or the Spanish actress Manuela Velasco.
And light Spaniards like those light Jalicienses you posted are fairly common (again, without implying they are majority). There is nothing "spectacular" for Spanish standards in white or "whitish" Jalicienses.
As always, talking out of your ass.

Yeah I love it how Laredo gets angry when people point out how strongly Amerindian-admixed Mexico is and post people who accordingly show it, yet he stereotypes and insults Spain itself by implying it is rather more Arab/Berber-like than is really the case, plus also stereotypes and insults Colombia and Venezuela for their SSA/triracial element and Peru for being so Amerindian (even though Mexico itself is ultimately more similar to Peru than to Argentina).

Nah , you can do your own research I know for the fact what ever I post won't satisfied you.
Just keep In mind Guadalajara isn't really a great representation of whole Jalisco since the city Is second largest population of Mexico and 5+ million people but even so still mestizo with strong Spanish Input.
