From what I have seen Bavarians look more like North Italians. So they can be quite swarthy as well but this guy looks even too exotic for Italy save Sicily. Especially his eyebrows.

hairy eyebrows are more typical in Britain and Ireland than in most parts of non med Europe i have noticed
