Why shouldn't they be? Don't you think that every race has the right to preserve their own identity? Their ancestral traits, whether they are only physical or also psychological and cognitive? If there was mass scale miscigenation blacks would completely disappear in USA in 2 or 3 generations. In 100 years from now there would be almost no Blacks in USA.

Black Americans are already 25% European on average, to dillute all of them into ''white'' looking folk wouldn't be difficult. I think Eugenics through dissolution of non-desired traits is a far more humane type of eugenics than segregation or extermination. I do think blacks should be ''dilluted'' in places where this can be achieved.

In places like Africa it's impossible to do, so humanity will need to deal with the burden of being 1/4 or 1/3 black (SSA natality rates are immense) for the next centuries. And the worst: they will mass migrate to other places. The black problem will be the greatest problem of the 21st century.
