This is patently false. I have posted images of several Israeli crowds and many of them would be too dark to even pass for southern Europe.

Maybe 40% of Israelis (taking all Jewish groups into account, as well as Druze and Samaritans) would pass at least in southernmost Europe.

Lighter pigmentation does not necessitate having more European admixture. Endogamy can lead recessive variants to be more easily expressed which could account for a greater presence of lighter features among some Hasidic groups. A good example is that the Samaritans are the lightest featured Levantine population yet have essentially no European admixture which occurs elsewhere. None of the people you posted really look typically British even if some are quite fair complexioned.

These two girls from JFS look extremely typical British/English to me which would be very unusual among the Haredim:

No, but they have substantial Arab and Ethiopian minorities, as well as some Gentile immigrants from Europe and East Asia (especially Vietnam).
