Halloween is part of Celtic folklore that marks death of nature symbolizing end of warm and shiny period of year, not satanic celebration
Serbs too have some old custom that could be considered as Halloween equivalent, but it's not exactly called Halloween and it's different date.

Rejecting the rulers of the modern world is a Christians number one priority
There is nothing more punk, rebellious and "antifa" than giving a one finger salute to the leaders of the modern world and staying true to God.

Paganism is a part of Slavic culture. How boring would Russian folklore and children's fairy tales be if there were no Baba Yaga, Leshy, Vodyanoi, Ghouls, Koshchei? I can't imagine my childhood without these fabulous characters that originate in paganism. Halloween is also very interesting for children and young people. I don't mind if they started celebrating it in Russia - at the level of fairy tales or horror films. All this in no way harms Christianity.

Even as a child in South Africa I knew about Baba Yaga. It was in a storybook among other old tales. That's harmless culture, more or less.
Halloween is a significant occult date that even modern Satanists celebrate and find significant, do sacrifices on that day, even human sacrifice. Demonic activity is high on that day, and it is definitely not harmless. Violent crime rates are much higher on that day, including murder and suicides.
