Any average woman who is single and has good social life has a number of options. If she considers them not worthy of her, it's completely her problem.
Average women without good social lives are or dating apps to find relationships. It's a myth all of them are just for sex there.

Introverted women don't use dating apps for a start - they are too shy and consider it shameful.
All this men's talk is complete nonsense coming from overly sexualized USA. I have more of female friends who are single than in pair, they look decent or more than that and have nice personalities and education. It's about as same number as my single male friends.
And most of them would like to have a boyfriend.
Most of young people are single these days from what I see in real life and not everyone is open to dating apps, especially outside of west.
So stop complaining. It's hard for everyone these days regardless of gender, because lifestyle is such.

Here single households are rapidly increasing and every second marriage ends in divorce. Number of babies born is on record low.
Out of my friend group consisting of people in their late 20s and early 30s extremely few have children (usually one child), very few are married and I would say about 2/3 are single and childless.
I do live in very urban and liberal settlement so this isn't the norm for nation-wide trend but it is telling.

Just looking now at the 2021 Census results again: surprisingly, the South of England (excluding London) has a lower percentage of single-person households than Wales, the Midlands and the North. It seems that Southerners, being more middle-class, are more likely to be married and possibly have children than people elsewhere in the country.
